Run Gum: Caffeine Energy Gum

I'm not one to copy information straight from someone's webpage but for Run Gum I'm going to do that for starters because my review and experiece will not touch on all the benefits of their product. So this is straight from their website:https://rungum.com

I love to chew gum, in fact if I'm not eating food, or if I don't have a piece of hard candy in my mouth, I am chewing gum.  If I am teaching spin class (6 hours a week) I have gum in my mouth, it keeps me from getting dry mouth while teaching.  So there's no better product for me than Run Gum. Right? Right, exactly!

The caffeine kick is great for my evening spin classes when I just need that extra boost of energy.  One piece is all I need.  It kicks in quick and does the trick to get my through an hour long spin class and to bed a few hours later.  I would recommend this to anyone!! 

Run Gum comes in three flavors: cinnamon, mint and fruit.  I really like them all, and I like them all for different reasons depending on my mood.
