Unless you've tried to treat it with bleach, then you're a lost cause!  Otherwise you just treat the entire stain with Raise, rub it together or with a small brush and allow it to penetrate the stain for 15 minutes.  Then you wash as normal.  This can be used on colored clothing, too (once you test for color fastness).
