Fidget Toys

 

Fidget cubes... chains... spinners... I have 4 kids... we own them all (the kids and the varieties of fidget toys)... multiple... I think they multiply overnight. Like gremlins. Or the movie multiplicity... you know what happens when you make a copy of a copy of a copy right? You get fidget toys! 

I really dig the cubes and the chains. I'm really trying to figure out the spinners and the point of them. My kids can do tricks and are always trying new things. I just sit back and shake my head.

Bluetooth Earbuds

I have a few pairs of wireless Earbuds with a similar design and this particular pair has the most secure fit. I don't worry about them falling out no matter the activity! Which is great if you're an active person. These are great for running or just sitting listening to music. Also works great for hands free calling with the built in mic. Great charge time, I can use these almost an entire day without charging them. That's perfect. I love to have one earbud in while working and some music in the background to help pass the time!

Hippies Style Wall Tapestry Mandala

 

 

I love tapestries. We had a long conversation at work on how to pronounce the word tapestry. Whether it is TAPE or TAP. The outcome? It was dependent on whether you were asking a male or a female.  The colors of this mandala is breathtaking. The blues and teals that make up this tapestry are gorgeous.  

 

Let's talk size! 80 x 60! That's huge for a tapestry. So big I'm not sure what exactly I want to do with this. I'm really toying with the idea of turning it into a tie quilt. So simply to do and it would be plenty big enough to cover my bed and with the proper amount of batting and backing I can make it very warm! It would look perfect as a throw blanket draped on my couch as well. So many possibilities!

Red Phone Mount Bike Handlebar

I am always looking for Phone mounts.  We have 4 bikes at our house and I ride with 2 phones, my iPhone 7 and my iPhone 5 that I use for an iPod.  So if I can have 2 phone mounts on all the bikes I ride my life is that much easier.  I don't feel very secure with my phones in this mount so I don't know if I will keep this one for a regular every day mount of just for my bike I ride with my kids through out the neighborhoods. No fast speeds, or all terrain riding.

 

This mount does install quickly and easily with no tools needed. Uninstalls just as easily for quick moves between bikes. 

The thing I probably dislike the most is while using my iPhone 7 the red silicone always pushes the lock button and volume control buttons. FRUSTRATING!

Green Gobbler Cleaner & Degreaser

The Green Gobbler Apple Melon ULTRA packs (8) plus BONUS microfiber cleaning cloth (2)! I was excited to try this, after perusing the amazon listing Green Gobbler claims to remove marker. My kids got a gift of sharpies for Christmas a few years ago and despite us telling them they need to put something under their paper, they never remember to do so when using the sharpies so we have marker all over our table.  I figured if anything was going to work, this had to... it claimed it would right!?  Wrong. So they also claim it deodorizes, I didn't notice a deodorizing effect.  No real complaints though.  It seemed to really clean otherwise.



Its so simple to use.  Just drop the ultra pack in the bottle, add hot water and it just dissolves! So simple.  That's how I like to clean! I live by the motto KISS.  Especially when it comes to cleaning.  I can't wait to use this product on other surfaces and see the results!

Riwbox X7 In Ear Sports Headphones

 

When it comes to the Riwbox X7 In Ear Sports Headphones it's a good thing on amazon you don't base purchases off the way the product is pictured on the packaging! The packaging made them look yellowed and odd colored so when I opened the package and saw the headphones were actually silver and not earwax colored earbuds I was super stoked!

I'm glad I didn't let the packaging scare my away because sound quality is great. Good stereo, nice and loud. I'm really digging the clear cord, I'm not sure if I dig the volume control as it's not controlled on the phone but based on what your phone is already set at. I do like it if I need to turn it down quickly, but I don't like it to adjust sound with otherwise.

Alisten 2-port USB Car Charger

 

In this day and age you cannot have enough places to charge USB powered devices. With our family vacation, and a large family, having plenty of charging ports is a huge deal for us! This 2-port USB car charger has already found a home in our van awaiting our departure. It will get plenty of use in the 14 hour drive, each way, and will have a device plugged into it the entire time. 

 

I have noticed that while charging two devices charge time is slower, but that's to be expected. However, we are still able to get a decent charge while driving and that's convenient!

Smart Movemement Fitness Trackers (SH09 & SH07)

 

I've had the pleasure of trying two fitness trackers by Smart Movement.  When it comes to fitness monitors I like to break them down to categories, the SH09 and SH07 both have similar qualities except the SH09 has a heart rate monitor.

• App: These use the same app and the app is decent.  I've used better apps with fitness trackers but this one does what it needs to and is fairly easy to navigate
• Cons: Does not sync automatically
• Step Counter: Seems to count steps. Can't really complain too much. Gives steps, and distance and calories burned, which I don't know if that's accurate or not...
• Heart Rate Monitor (SH09 model only) I noticed when I'm sweaty it will not register. That's usually when I care about my heart rate
• Sleep tracker: not accurate at all. I know I've gotten up to use the restroom and the sleep tracker shows I was in deep sleep the whole time. Fail.
• Alarm: The app says this has an alarm, one or two vibrations on my wrist is not an alarm.
• Bands: One thing I LOVE about these fitness bands is they both come with 2 bands, one plain black and one with a design! That's awesome! Love this!

 

All in all I am VERY unimpressed and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone serious about fitness. It'd be great for kids or maybe your average Joe... but it is not for me!
